Lake Elmo, Minnesota has problems with WisDOT. Minnesota is ready to replace a decrepit bridge over the Mississippi River. But four Wisconsin legislators wonder why Busalacchi never filled an engineering position necessary to get the thing built. So they mailed him a letter, and are waiting to hear back from him.
